| Rates quoted are for two people per night and include a beautiful cooked breakfast. Reduced rates are offered for extended bookings.

Please notify us in advance if:- you require an in-house massage therapist, hairdresser or other service
- you require your vehicle or personal belongings to be accommodated before your official arrival time
- you wish to use the oven or griller.
- there will be a chauffeur limousine arriving
- you have an unregistered guest arriving.

Cancellation Policy
The 50% booking fee is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 14 days before check-in date, minus a cancellation fee of $100. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit is only refundable (minus the cancellation fee) if the accommodation is rebooked by another party. Bookings can be transferred to another date if arranged 14 days prior to the check-in date. This cancellation policy term may be varied upon prior arrangement and agreement by us in writing.
