Please notify us in advance if: - you intend to use the oven or griller,
- intending to hire an
in-house massage therapist, hairdresser or other service,
- you
require your vehicle or personal belongings to be accommodated before
your official arrival time,
- there will be a chauffeur limousine
arriving, and/or
- you have an unregistered guest
arriving.
- You may incur further costs if you wish to use the griller and oven. It is mainly for extended stay guests. Let us know.

Cancellation Policy
The 50%
booking fee is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 14
days before check-in date, minus a cancellation fee of $100. For
cancellations less than 14 days prior to the check-in date, the deposit
is only refundable (minus the cancellation fee) if the accommodation is
rebooked by another party. Bookings can be transferred to another date
if arranged 14 days prior to the check-in date. This cancellation policy
term may be varied upon prior arrangement and agreement by us in
writing.
